Using This Site
You must be 18 or older to place an order. You agree to use this site lawfully and not to misuse it (e.g., attempting to disrupt the site, scraping content, or submitting false information).
Products & Orders
We sell BV ovules (a registered Class I medical device, CE marked) and an intimate wash. Product descriptions aim to be accurate, but we don't guarantee the site is error-free, and we may correct pricing or availability mistakes before an order is confirmed.
Our products are intended for the uses described on the site. They are not a substitute for medical advice if you have any concerns, speak with your doctor first.
A contract is formed once we confirm and dispatch your order. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Returns & Cancellations
You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days under UK consumer law, except where a product has been opened or used for hygiene reasons (as applies to intimate care products).
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, images, branding, formulas — belongs to HealthyV Labs or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
Liability
We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products, except where the law doesn't allow us to limit liability.
